Lantern and Ledger exists to support church leaders when difficult situations come into the light. Through thoughtful guidance, leadership frameworks, and governance insight, we help leaders respond with courage, care and clarity so that churches can remain places of sanctuary where truth is honoured and the vulnerable are protected.
Who we serve and the challenges we solve
We reach out to pastors, elders, church board members, ministry directors, faith-based charities, faith-based schools, mission organisations, and any leader who must carry the burden of deciding how to respond to disclosures, protect people, and maintain trust in the community. We address specific challenges such as uncertainty when a disclosure occurs, confusion about safeguarding responsibilities, pressure to protect reputation, a lack of structured leadership processes, and leadership isolation in difficult situations.
